All connections made between Riders and Drivers within the "uNowRide" Platform are automatic and prevent any unlawful discrimination by either party involved. "uNowRide" requires that drivers act in compliance with our policies regarding riders that require service animals or are blind or low-vision.
All details including the estimated time of arrival (ETA), current location, and other information regarding the Rider and the services can be shared at any time between Users from within the "uNowRide" Platform. This is meant to make the communication between individuals using the "uNowRide" Platform more streamlined and accessible.
Requesting ride services with "uNowRide" is simple, easy, and intuitive. There is no need to plan ahead and requesting a ride only requires that the app is accessible to the user and that a valid payment method is connected to the relevant account.
The base fees associated with "uNowRide" services are made available to all users prior to their entering into any ride agreement. In this way, all users can understand the cost of "uNowRide's" services in an upfront and transparent manner.
"uNowRide" users pay for services on the "uNowRide" Platform through options in an effort to simplify all transactions.
The "uNowRide" app is constantly being developed to be compatible with any accessibility features or settings that exist within mobile devices which are designed to assist Users who may be blind or low-vision in their use of "uNowRide's" services.

In-app notifications, as well as notifications made from within the "uNowRide" Platform, will be made to all drivers requiring that they consent to accept the transportation of service animals.

The "uNowRide" app is entirely functional without the use of audio. We are constantly developing our Platform to be compatible with any accessibility features or settings that exist within mobile devices which are designed to assist Users who may be deaf or hard of hearing. Additionally, our app and platform offer a variety of functionality that can be used to assist riders that fall under this umbrella.
We’re using technology to make transportation more accessible and reliable for riders with mobility disabilities, including through WAV (wheelchair accessible vehicles).
The "uNowRide" Platform and our services are designed to be compatible with riders who may experience or live with mobility disabilities. This is demonstrated through our inclusion of wheelchair accessible vehicles:
"uNowRide" riders can specifically request to be connected with drivers who have vehicles equipped with ramps or lifts.
"uNowRide" has a goal of improving the means of transportation for all members of every community in which we operate. Additional assistance for those in need can be requested as a part of the services we offer from within the "uNowRide" app.
One of "uNowRide’s" primary goals is to boost local economies and provide financial freedom to those members of communities which had previously been unable to achieve such.
"uNowRide" offers opportunities for drivers who may be deaf or hard of hearing. Drivers who fall under this umbrella may use features within the "uNowRide" app that allow them to self-identify based on their specific disabilities. "uNowRide" also enables deaf or hard of hearing drivers to turn-on unique visual notifications that show when a new ride request has been made. Deaf or hard of hearing drivers can turn off phone calls to connect with riders and instead opt for text messaging as their sole means of communication. Riders can be notified (based on the discretion of the driver) of their driver's disabilities and will be prompted to take action accordingly.
"uNowRide" aims to democratize economic opportunity and to provide people with mobility disabilities the same chance to earn via our platform as anyone else in their respective communities. The only requirement for drivers is that they are legally allowed to drive within their jurisdiction(s).
